This Workshop is run by 2 coaches to ensure all skill levels receive the attention they deserve - whether you already have experience in aerial fabrics or are a complete beginner. Those interested in our Squad training will be assessed for eligibility during these classes. - Please ensure bare skin is covered to avoid bruises and scrapes. - Please bring a drink with you. - Please arrive no later than 4.55pm, and 4.50pm if you need to change clothes. If any part of the warm up is missed you will not be able to participate in the class for your own safety as well as for the fairness of the other students. - Earrings must be removed for safety purposes (the ear may rip if caught). They also damage the silks. For freshly pierced ears, at your own risk, plasters or micropore tape can be used to protect them for the first 8 weeks. - Cold sores are not permitted in the studio due to the highly infectious nature. Verrucas can be covered with grippy socks, but may limit what the student can safely perform. Warts must also be covered, if this is not possible the student will not be able to participate. - If a student has a cold or cough, high hygiene stands are expected. Coughing or sneezing into hands or into the air will pass germs, so we request that jumpers are worn and used to cover the nose and mouth when coughing or sneezing. Hands must be washed or sanitised before participating and anytime when they are coughed or sneezed into. If a students cough affects their ability to breath when exercising we will have to refuse participation for their own safety. - Please ensure inhalers, epipens and any other medications are on the premises and staff are aware of their location upon arrival. - Parents are allowed in the waiting room, but not inside the studio. We ask that parents do not interrupt the classes by watching through the door to the studio, talking to students or taking photos.
